Property description
Calling all first-time buyers and investors, this studio flat is one for you to view! Nestled away on a peaceful tree lined road in the centre of Wallington is this beautiful ground floor studio flat in a converted period house. Well-presented throughout this is sure to sell quickly so don’t hang around and miss out!
The good size living area has large windows to let lots of light stream through and it is easy to use this room as two separate areas. Simply put up a screen and you could have a bed one end of this room and a small sofa the other end, or if you prefer the current owners set up you could keep it the same. Although the kitchen area is small it has fitted units, a fitted cooker and space for a washing machine, so there is plenty of room to create some culinary delights after a hard day at work!
The bathroom is accessed via the hallway off the kitchen and is easily going to be a favourite space to relax in a candle lit bath after a stressful day at the office. The space has been utilised well for storage with large cupboards to store the usual linen, towels and clothes.
Being in a converted house there is of course a large communal garden that you can enjoy in the summer months and plenty of parks nearby if you fancy reading a book in the sunshine somewhere different.
Ideal for commuters you can leave your car at home and hop onto a train into London from nearby Wallington train station.
What the Owner says:
I searched high and low for this place. It was my dream to own something and call it home. When I first set out on my search I found it a lot tougher than I had initially thought, prices were rapidly rising and what I was viewing just wasn’t for me. I was sent this in an email and was instantly excited to see it. I pulled up outside fell in love with the quiet road. The high street and train station were just around the corner and the flat itself was lovely. I have been really happy here so I hope you get the same feeling as I did when I viewed it, it’s been a great way to start my property ownership journey. My next adventure is going to be as a married couple in a different county but I will be sad to leave my home that’s for sure!
