We must have owned this apartment for over 13 years and brought it as an investment. It has been a super property to rent out and gave us a steady income over the years. Our son lived here for a while and he thoroughly enjoyed it and so did his mates. They always made the most of the garden out the back. However, as we now are looking to enjoy our retirement even more, we want to release the money and concentrate on what we really enjoy and that is heading off in our touring van and exploring France.
