I have found the apartment to be conveniently placed for main road and railway links. The living space works very well and has the great advantage of huge storage space in the boarded loft. The apartment also comes with a good size storage cupboard just outside the front door.

I have recently refurbished the property throughout. The property has UPVC double glazing, brand new kitchen appliances, new shower room fittings, it is newly decorated throughout with new floor finishes. Hopefully making it easier for a buyer to move in hassle free.
