When I first walked through the door the flat needed a bit of work doing to it, but it had the foundations of everything I was looking for. I have put in a new kitchen and bathroom.
I had the pleasure of enjoying the property and everything its central location had to offer first hand for two years. Best of all I love the fact that every morning I would see the sea as soon I step foot out of the building.
