When we first saw this home we were so surprised by the size of the rooms. We looked at so many homes that simply did not offer what we have here. The compromise was the condition of the home so we have carried out a vast amount of work including the construction of a new sun room extension and replacing the kitchen and bathroom.
We enjoy being able to walk into Strood town centre. Every day amenities are all available and the Strood retail park has some larger shops such as Next and Argos. The train station is also close and offers a high speed service into London.
We are certainly sad to be letting our home go but we are now looking for something bigger.
