Back office work including negotiation and preparation for your tenancy

At Rent North East, we work hard to make sure that you find a suitable property. If you are unable to pay the upfront fees or cannot provide anything that we have requested, then please let us know, and we will do our best to work out an alternative arrangement that works better for you.

New Tenants:

Full Property: £250 fee applies, of which £150 must be paid before receiving keys, and the balance can be paid up to one month after the move in date.

Room: £150 fee applies, of which the full £150 must be paid before receiving keys.

We will also require that a guarantor or a deposit is provided. A guarantor must be either a home owner, or two professionals. A deposit is usually the value of one month’s rent.

Current or Previous Tenants:

A significantly reduced admin fee applies, this varies, depending on changes to your application. Please contact us for more information.
