I have been living here for three years now and it has been a great place to call home. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and child friendly too.

I already had relatives living on the island so my knowledge of the area was pretty good which certainly helped.

Space is important to me so even though the living area was quite generous in size, adding the conservatory made it even better. I really do enjoy relaxing out there with a nice cuppa reading the paper.

I have also had the windows changed in the last few years along with other home improvements so at least the new owners won't have to worry about that.
