Once I had been to visit the area known as St Mary's Island, I was absolutely positive we had to live there. It is a superb modern development, well located in Medway.

Over our time owning the property we have lived here and also have had it rented out as well, the tenants have recently left and we have decorated from top to bottom, I do hope you like the way we have done this.

I've just finished the largest bedroom in the house on the top floor, which boasts a fantastic vaulted ceiling which gives a great impression of space.

We have enjoyed our time here and hope you do also.
