We were both taken by the lifestyle that this property offered. We have enjoyed making it our own by decorating it to our style and improving the garden with new fencing and further landscaping.
The location is great for getting out and about with two train stations closeby and the coast road just a short distance away. A trip into Brighton is easy so we can make the most of all the entertainment and shopping that Brighton has to offer. But for local everyday shopping you can't get much better than Boundary Road and Southwick Square.
Having our own off road parking has proved very useful especially when we have returned home from a busy day.
