We were living in Ripley and finding that it was becoming a bit too busy and built up for us. We also wanted to downsize. We really weren’t sure where to move to and by chance we saw an advert showing this house in Southwater and we were intrigued. We arranged a viewing through Sue at Cubitt & West and ventured down to have a look.
We fell in love with the property straight away as it fitted all of our requirements and after we had looked around the village we knew we wanted to live here and put in an offer immediately.
We have really enjoyed living here but now want to move closer to our family.
