We were living in Shirley and wanted to move out more into the country and after looking at a few areas we decided on Horsham and Southwater as we had heard that the schools were very highly recommended, which was important with a family.

After searching for a while we decided that we liked the village feel Southwater offered and focussed our search here. When we saw this property we could not believe how spacious it was and it was easy to see ourselves living there. It has been an ideal place for the last 10 years to raise our family and we will be sad to leave the neighbours, but now the children are older we have decided to move closer to family in the Midlands.
