We were living in Budleigh Salterton, Devon and wanted to move to West Sussex because of family and grandchildren but we also needed to be close to Gatwick airport. After looking at a few areas we really liked the idea of Southwater because it was good for commuting to Gatwick and perfect for days out with grandchildren to the country park.
After a labouring search we came across this property and were instantly bowled over by the amount of space and how light and airy it felt so we purchased it and have been very happy here for the last ten years.
We have decided to go back to our roots in Devon.
