I was living with my parents in Southwater and really wanted to get a home of my own. I started looking throughout a wide area in order to find one that offered as much space as possible for the budget I had. After looking at quite a few I was getting a little bit despondent as many of the properties I viewed were small or dark or lacked central heating. I got a call about this one and it was very spacious compared to others and had central heating. I really loved the size of the bedroom and parking space and made an offer immediately.

I have really loved being here and will be sad to leave but now need a bit more space and a garage.
