I was looking for a property that I could rent out and after looking at a number of flats and maisonettes I came to see this one. I was immediately impressed by the fact that it had a garage and generous communal gardens and its own front garden.
Once inside I was blown away by the amount of space it offered and being a two bed I thought it would have a better rental market. It has been successfully rented out now for a number of years. It will be a shame to let it go but I have decided that I want to sell it.
