We were relocating from Hertfordshire and had quite a wide search area from Guildford to Horsham. After viewing a considerable amount of properties, we decided to focus on the Horsham area as we heard a lot about the good schooling.

We ventured into Southwater and really fell in love with the village. This particular house had sold before we got the chance to make an offer, so we could not believe our luck when we had a call to say the sale had fallen through and came back to the market. We love the amount of space and the location, and we have been very happy here - it has been the ideal place to raise our children.
