We designed and built this home to suit our requirements and it has worked perfectly for many years and latterly we have rented the home out as a successful investment property. With a family the most important thing to us was having the kitchen / diner as this is where the family congregate on a daily basis – It is so lovely to have a big dining table and be able to entertain without slaving away in the kitchen away from the party. It was great to have the open plan space to be involved!
Parking is always a bit of an issue within the area but not for us! With the ample driveway we would never have to worry about searching for that elusive space!
We will be sad to sell, especially as we built the property ourselves but we hope the new owners are happy here.
