Having lived here for over 20 years it has been a labour of love in getting the property up to the standard it is now. When I bought the house I set about extending and improving the house for my family, and getting it up to a standard we could enjoy.

I will miss sitting in my lovely kitchen, looking out onto the garden which has just also given me so much joy, in a location that has always been brilliant for getting into Sutton, which itself has great shopping and a train station.

I now feel the need to move to be closer to my family, but having looked after the house I know that I am handing over a wonderful home to the next family.
