We have owned this home from new and loved the fact that we could move into something that required no work. We looked at many properties in the surrounding areas, but loved the fact that this home is a really good size and great value for money compared to others we viewed. Since owning this home we have re-decorated throughout in our own colours, added a few finishing touches here and there. We have improved the rear garden by planting a few shrubs and added a shed. This home is really well located as we both regularly use South Ockendon train station for our journey to work, and the walk from our home to the station is approximately 15-20 minutes. The journey time into London Fenchurch Street is about half an hour.
