When we were house hunting we were struggling to find one because we wanted 3 reception rooms in case we had an elderly relative come to stay so we could turn one of the reception rooms into a bedroom, we also wanted a garage and parking, good size garden, 4 good size bedrooms, 2 bathroom or more and be close to the local amenities such as excellent schools, great shops and transport links. When we viewed Addington Road we could not believe our luck because the property had all of the above. Buying the house turned out to be a great decision because we have really enjoyed bringing up our family here but our children have moved so we no longer need all the space. We hope the next owners enjoy the property just as much.
