When we walked through door into this property for the first time, we instantly knew this was where we wanted to make our home. The house has a lovely, light feel and has great space both inside and outside for entertaining friends and family. It is based in a great location and as London commuters the five-minute walk to South Croydon station has been ideal.
Since starting a family here, we have taken advantage of the local parks, amenities and transport links to Croydon, Purley and surrounding areas. We have also discovered a friendly community just on our doorstep.
It will be sad to sell as it has been a much cherished home to us, but know we are handing over a fantastic house to the new owners.
