The first floor is where you will find the large master bedroom with en-suite complete with power shower. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite programs in bed!. The second bedroom has two single beds a wardrobe and dressing table. The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull out mattress to enable the room to sleep 2 people and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a full suite with a hair rinser attachment above the bath taps.

Outside you will find the large sunny, decked and shingled garden complete with barbecue, dining table and deck chairs- a perfect place for relaxing in the sun and cooking locally sourced meat from the butchers in Rye with a glass of wine watching the sun go down after a perfect day on the beach.
