If it wasn't for the fact we want to be closer to our daughter then we simply wouldn't be moving. This has been a fantastic family home and we will be deeply sad to leave it. For the last 9 years this house has been our roots and what a good set of roots it has provided for us. It is spacious, bright, airy quiet and conveniently located.

We always pop to the local corner shop for a Sunday paper and a pint of milk, but if its more than a pint of milk you need there is a Tesco Express and a Morrison's Local about a ten minute walk away. We will find it really tough to find a property as good as this where we are looking to move. Hopefully someone will love and cherish our house as much as we have.
