We were originally attracted to the property by the size of the plot and the way it was laid out. Being on the corner, we have a lot more land than other houses in the area. The way it is laid out is also very advantageous as the garden is not overlooked at all.
We have lived here for about 10 years, added an extension to the side to incorporate a nice porch and a downstairs cloakroom.
The lounge and dining area are also good sizes. Being separate works well for us with the children. We can all sit down for meals together as family.
