You have all heard the saying location, location, location, well for us it simply was. We have always loved Shanklin and knew it was the town we wanted to live in and as soon as we arrived in this lovely cul de sac we were so taken with the location we could not wait to move in. Although the bungalow needed some serious attention we could see ourselves living here and we were excited about the prospect of creating our perfect home. We have upgraded the bungalow to suit our needs and have put a lot of time and effort into it. We have enjoyed so much time here and are somewhat reluctant to sell, however life takes over and we need to spend more time on the mainland. You certainly cannot beat breakfast on the decking watching the squirrels in the trees.
