OUR COMMENTS This detached, chalet house has been well looked after by the current owners who have had the pleasure of living here since the property was built in 2005 and its the perfect home for those of you looking for low maintenance, easy living where a life close to the beach and local countryside awaits you. The accommodation on offer inside the home is both spacious and well thought out, with the main bathroom being accompanied by the cloakroom and en-suite shower room, making the morning school and work run a lot easier.



When the family are back home there is a dining room for everyone to sit down and discuss the days events over an evening meal. Along with three good sized bedrooms , there is also a 15' kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room, lounge, and a conservatory. A great modern home for all the family to enjoy, whilst also making for a great place for anybody looking for an "easy to run", hassle free holiday home. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last twelve years now and having the property from new was brilliant as the low maintenance living suited us perfectly, and we have looked after the home and kept it fresh and modern throughout.



The living and sleeping space is great for when we have friends and family visiting from the mainland, and having the en-suite shower room, cloakroom along with the main bathroom is a god send.



It's a lovely, peaceful and quiet place to live, and has everything we need for daily life.
