When we decided to come to live on the Isle of Wight we wanted a big house for our money and were struggling to find what we wanted until we viewed this one. We were certainly spoilt for space. We had always dreamed about living on the Island and Shanklin was always our first choice. It’s so sad that we have to leave this house but due to family commitments the timing is not quite right for us. However, since living here we could not have been happier with the beach down the road and the town around the corner. It’s a wonderful house full of light and space and we know the next owners will be surprised too for the price and accommodation on offer.
