OUR COMMENTS This detached family home is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Shanklin, which offers an array of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and not to forget the long sandy beach and esplanade to enjoy with the kids. There's a good level of living accommodation here with four bedrooms, two bathrooms so there will be no queue's in the morning getting ready for work. There is also an enclosed rear garden for the kids to enjoy and a double garage for extra storage or a treasured car.  

OWNERS COMMENTS This has been our family home for a number of years. It has been the perfect location with the beach and shops all within walking distance which has been a real bonus in the summer months. The road is very peaceful and quiet with some really lovely neighbours, and I hope the next owners enjoy many years of happiness like we have.
