Around seventeen years ago we decided to return to our roots and go house hunting on the Isle of Wight. When we drove up to this one, stepped inside, peered down the garden and opened our eyes to the breath-taking sea views, that was it – we did the deal straight away. It has been a brilliant family home – so close to everything including the essential day to day shops in Shanklin and of course, the Cliff Path and beaches have been at the end of our garden. We feel we have been thoroughly spoilt but the time has come now for us to down-size and let a family or maybe a retired couple enjoy our beautiful home. We have not been able to fault it one bit and over the years we have upgraded the essentials and kept the character and charm.
