It was really the location that sold us this home and was just what we wanted. We are close by to all the amenities in Shadoxhurst, and the travel links such as train line and motorway are easily accessed, so getting about has never been a problem.
We enjoy the peace and quiet in the back garden. It's not overlooked and is a great place to unwind with a good book on the decking. The space in the house is flexible and would suit any family after a home in a wonderfully safe area whilst being very close to everything. There is even a lovely park nearby and you don't have to cross the road to get to it.
