I have owned this house for eight years and when I bought it, it wasn't the beautiful house that it is today. It needed complete modernisation, however I relished the challenge, rolled my sleeves up and mucked in straight away.
The first thing I did was to apply for planning permission to extend on the side, adding an additional bathroom and bedroom. Once that was built I re-fitted the kitchen area and replaced the central heating with an LPG boiler. I have also transformed the garage into an office.
