My late husband and I bought this bungalow in 2006 and in our time here we have done lots of work. We have replaced the front and back doors, had new windows fitted in bedroom 3, and replaced the oil fired central heating boiler with a new modern state of the art one; this is located in the garden, keeping all the noises that a boiler makes outside.

We have also blocked off the back of the garage, so we now have a separate utility room where I keep my washing machine and a spare freezer, and there is a work surface and a sink out there, which have been very handy. As the plot is so wide, this has enabled us to install an extra driveway as well, which has given us space to park our caravan.
