As a family we have all loved living here the location is great being moments from the beach and shops plus the sports centre is on hand when we’ve fancied a swim. Having lots of parking is a bonus and when the kids were at home it was very handy.
Outside we have a large workshop which could easily be turned into an office or something being that its such a great size. Now everyone has flown the nest it is time for me to down size so I am hoping that whoever buys my home will love it just like we all have.
I am offering it chain free so there wont be any hold ups.
