We have owned the property for a few years now and have enjoyed living in it, as well as it's location and out look, for a while we rented the property before deciding to sell it. The property was not a problem to let out and our tenants have enjoyed living there and found it a very nice place with lovely neighbours. The fact that it’s modern will appeal to most, there is nothing that needs doing and would be a great first home for someone. The low maintenance side of it would suit anyone looking for easy living and somewhere safe and peaceful to call home.
