We bought this property when it was brand new; we loved the fact that we could move straight in and decorate to our own taste.

Sitting at the box window seat provides some beautiful views and being a box window provides extra space within the room.

It is a fabulous area where we feel really safe, the neighbours are great and we love the fact that we can step out of the front door and we can be walking for miles across the South Downs National Park or strolling down to the seaside within minutes.

We are now looking at buying a bigger property but it has been a wonderful place for us to live for the last four years.
