Over time this has proven to be a very practical and great family home. The location is perfect and is one of the main factors that initially attracted us; it is just a short stroll to Longridge Avenue where there is a selection of shops and a doctor's surgery along with a fantastic bus service running to and from Brighton.
Living right next to Telscombe Tye has been great. We have enjoyed long walks over the Downs and the views are a delightful picture that changes from day to day.
