We have lived in our home for over ten years but we can still remember why we bought it. The location was important with good transport links to Guildford, Horsham and Gatwick. The size of the house was also really impressive, with so much potential too! We have updated the kitchen/breakfast room to a lovely standard and this flows well into the conservatory where we spend our time all year round - we even enjoy our Christmas lunch there with all the family.
The area is renowned for its schools which are within easy walking distance so it's great for the kids. There's even a bus stop which provides dedicated transport for older children at The Weald in Billingshurst.
