We bought the flat almost eight years ago and it has been a wonderful home for us. When we first moved in it was just the two of us but now our family has grown and we have two children so as much as we love the apartment it is time to move somewhere bigger.
Having direct access outside has been brilliant, we have had several parties with family and friends where we can just open the doors and let them spill out onto the grass outside!
The parking here is great, we have two allocated spaces right outside the apartment so there is never a problem having to search for a space and there is plenty of visitor parking around the development for guests too.
