The North York Moors National Park is an area of great scenic beauty and ever-popular with holiday makers. The owners have created a magnificent holiday enterprise in a stunning location: their own house is beautifully finished and makes lovely owners’ accommodation, while the holiday cottages provide great self-catering opportunities and are also equipped to a very high standard. Their views are without equal!

The parking area for both the house and holiday cottages is generous, and of particular note is the al fresco area behind the cottages which gives space for dining out and commands views over the adjacent paddock containing scots pine and a variety of deciduous trees.

Environs
Hill Farm is reached via Rosedale Abbey, lying to the north of the pretty villages of Gillamoor, Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham. The market towns of Pickering and Kirkbymoorside are home to the nearest facilities and there is a rail connection in Malton. The coastal highlights of Whitby, Scarborough, Robin Hood’s Bay and Staithes are in easy reach too.

Directions
Leave Rosedale Abbey with the Milburn Arms on the right. In about a mile bear left signposted Rosedale East Only. The entrance to the farm is down a short lane on the left hand side.
