We bought this wonderful home brand new and have loved every minute living here. We chose this home over others we looked at as the location was perfect for our lifestyle, we can travel to London for work and walk to Romford Town for pleasure. The apartment was finished to an excellent standard by the builder and all we had to do was move in and put our furniture down. We loved the open plan living with the kitchen and lounge being so bright and it has a spacious feel to it. The en suite to our bedroom is a bonus when we have friends to stay and the real 'clincher' for us was the large private balcony. We now have a family and have decided to move to a house but will be sad to leave this wonderful home.
