Having looked at lots of properties in and around the area we decided this was the one for us, for many reasons but notably what sold it to us was the location. Not only are the views from the home wonderful the home is really well located for our everyday needs, with Harold Wood station not far away and major road links a short distance too.
Since owning the home we have refurbished the bathroom, re-decorated throughout and have added new flooring to some of the rooms. In recent years we have installed new facias, soffits and guttering and additional insulation in the loft and on the ground floor we have installed new double glazed french style doors, giving us better access from the kitchen to the garden.
