We absolutely loved this flat the moment we viewed it. Having looked at lots of similar priced flats in the area this one really stood out as it was not in a purpose built block, and had a nice spacious feel to it, and its own rear garden.

We love the location as we are close to Romford and Hornchurch, and the transport links here are second to none.
