We have thoroughly enjoyed living here over the last five years and have found we have great neighbours and there is a lovely community feel. As we live in the cul-de-sac part of the road there is very little traffic about and always plenty of space for us to park our cars.
Our south facing garden is not overlooked from the rear and we enjoy the sun most of the day. We have made several improvements to the property since we bought it including changing the kitchen and bathroom and most recently the flooring in the lounge and dining areas.
We will be slightly sorry to be leaving but as we are now family of five we are needing a little bit more space in a larger property.
