We bought our home as we loved the idea of a new build, not having to upgrade anything with the house was a godsend when moving in.

We were first time buyers and would not have had too much spare money to update a home, not as in as good condition. We have made sure we have maintained our home well, as we want the next person to enjoy it when we eventually sell.

We also love the fact that it is so quiet here, being tucked away at the end of a close. We have parking right outside our front door and side access which is a benefit too. We have really enjoyed our home but now it is time to move.
