We bought our home as we loved the idea of a new build, not having to upgrade anything with the house was a godsend when moving in.

We were first time buyers and did not have too much spare money to update a home that needed work. We have made sure we have maintained our home well as we always wanted the next person to enjoy it when we eventually sold.

We also love the fact that it is so quiet here, being tucked away at the end of a close. We have parking right outside our front door and side access which is a benefit too. We have really enjoyed our home but now it is time to move.
