This has been our family home for approximately 27 years. We bought the house because we needed the space for ourselves and 3 children and also it had a flat garden which we didn't have in our previous home.
The area is lovely as River enjoys its own fantastic community and has a recreation ground, Kearsney Abbey, Co-Op shop, primary school, pubs and Kearsney railway station all nearby. There is also a regular bus service into town and Canterbury from here.
We love opening up the patio doors in the lounge and have had 30-40 people round for parties here.
