When we were looking to buy a property in 1977 we wanted a home where we could raise our family. We always liked River with its good views and a selection of local facilities. We love the fact that the house was so light and airy. We had double glazed French doors installed in 2012 which is lovely in the summer as we spent time in and out of the garden.
I had a new Glow Worm boiler installed in 2008 and is serviced annually. Cavity wall insulation was also installed in 2001.
We have good neighbours, most of which have lived here for years and we are only moving now to downsize.
