All owners must be registered at a permanent address other than Kessingland Cottages for the purpose of the electoral role, council tax, water rates and census.The Estate owner Kessingland Cottages Ltd (or any successor in title) shall require proof of primary address on an annual basis in the form of a Council Tax bill or proof of residence abroad.The property at Kessingland Cottages may not be used as a postal address or primary address for driving licence, insurance, doctor's registration etc. The company (K.C.L.) reserves the right to request any such information if required, should there be any doubts as to how the property is being used.
