We originally moved to this home approximately ten years ago, and were instantly attracted to its central Reigate position, being only a short walk away from a fantastic mix of shops for day to day needs and being within the right school catchment areas, yet being close to Reigate town centre with a mainline train station.
We have enjoyed the easy living and the space the house offers particularly the living/kitchen area, which we spent most our time in, as we found it very easy to spread out into the garden.
We moved away to another part of the country and have benefited from an excellent income from having the property rented out to a professional family.
