We bought this property 3 years ago and it has been a great home for us.
The location in particular has been fantastic as the road is in-between Redhill and Reigate. So if you need the transportation links in Redhill, it is only a 10 minute walk away and if you fancy a nice afternoon out strolling around the boutique shops in Reigate and having a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from then this will be ideal as it has been for us.
The property is tucked away and the parking has been very useful.
We have made the decision to move slightly out of the area, but we are sure the next owners will love it here.
