It's hard to get onto the property ladder these days, so 7 years ago 3 of us decided to pull together and buy this house as our first home. It needed a lot of work doing to it but as 3 guys together we knew we could set about making it into a comfortable home.
Over the years we have replaced the bathroom and more recently the downstairs cloakroom, fitted new carpets, a new boiler, finished off the family room, tidied up the garden and added a shed!! Not to mention completely redecorating the house from top to bottom.
It has been a great house to live in and the location is really convenient too, so hopefully the next owners will enjoy the benefit of living here as much as we all have.
